In Between Dreams

Firstly I am a wife to an amazingly supportive husband, and and a mum to three delightful children who I adore. I am also a proud grandmother to some gorgeous grandbabies...and I have beautiful friends that keep me grounded and encourage my dreams, so love is something I am surrounded by, so I guess with all that love it was a natural progression for me to choosing this amazing path! This year I reached the milestone of 10 years as a celebrant which has been such an exciting time for me. Creating very personal ceremonies based on a couples own love story, and sharing their story with their friends and family is my passion. If there is such a thing as a calling I believe this is mine...this is what I truly was meant to be.

I offer a range of services which includes Weddings, Elopements, Commitment Ceremonies, Re-affirmation of Vows and Baby Namings. I am an experienced celebrant and couples can rest assured that they are in safe hands. All their important legal requirements will be met competently before, during and after the ceremony. The tone of the day can also be set, just by the words spoken during the ceremony and I pride myself in making sure that their ceremony resonates with not only the couple, but their guests as well and all those warm fuzzy feels are also met!

I am a Lake Macquarie based celebrant primarily focused on servicing the Lake Macquarie area, but also our beautiful vineyards region in the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Port Stephens and the Central Coast. I have been known to hop on a plane and head to Queensland and I have also been found performing a ceremony on a yacht on beautiful Sydney Harbour…lucky me! So, I do travel where the love takes me!

I have a very relaxed style and believe ceremonies should also encompass a sense of fun, calmness and of course professionalism. Connection is what I find one of the most important parts of being a good celebrant. It is so important to me that each couple feel totally comfortable and confident in the whole process, from the very first meeting right up until the big day. I am just as much invested in creating a magical day, as the couple themselves. I feel I am not only a celebrant but also a storyteller and I love allowing couples the chance to share their very own unique story with their nearest and dearest, it is so rewarding. At the end of the day I just do what I do, and love it. When you have a passion and a dream, it can take you to the most wondrous places, it has, and I am forever thankful.
